Another hands-in-the-air, lamely choreographed 1980s school disco of a song here. This one made still more juvenile by the tie-in with "Pikachu The Movie" but still, bits where people spell the title of the song out loud during the middle eight are always great. Like all Tommy February⁶ singles it's supremely effective bubblegum pop, and like all Tommy February⁶ singles, the video is superb, developing her naughty British schoolgirl image with the help of giant pokemon, Buckingham Palace guardsmen, a cardboard London bus, and her now ubiquitous cheerleaders.

On the flipside there is a Nintendo-style bop through Dusty Springfield's "I Only Want To Be With You", and a horrendously annoying squeaky anime girl shouting something over the title track that goes on for TEN PAINFUL MINUTES! Be careful. -Ian Martin, July.16.04
